Why can’t I just sell
or find a place myself?
A:
It is a huge market out there, and depending on your purpose, you could either be spending a lot of time in the car looking at things that don’t quite match what you read, or dealing with a lot of people who just are not serious buyers. Working with me, I’ll be able to locate properties that meet your interests, or bring in motivated, serious offers on your home. I know the neighborhood, I know the market, and if I get the chance to work with you, I can make the process more satisfying, faster, and probably a whole lot more financially beneficial.

It’s true that REALTORs use similar major outlets to list property,
but that’s only part of the picture. I will put together, with your input and according to your personal schedule, an entire plan of marketing activities, including online postings, broker tours, local / national / international media, open houses, and more. The difference is in the time and energy I give to meeting each client’s specific needs.
